Diana Dai, a Canadian screen award ( Gemini)-winning filmmaker, is passionate about creating TV and film programs that focus on social issues, human interest, history as well as art and culture. Her goal is to broaden people's vision, expand their world, and bridge cultural differences.
Her exceptional film-making skills have earned her recognition and acclaim from various organizations, including CBC, TVO, Alliance Films, Bell Media Inc., Vision TV, and the Documentary Channel.
Her films have been broadcast on TV stations in the US, Europe, and Asia, and have won multiple awards at international film festivals. They have also been acquired by leading universities such as Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, and the University of California - Berkeley and among many others, as well as national libraries across the world.
Diana has received training at Warner Bros. Studio and the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California, one of the best film schools in the world.
